Kiwi's appeal adjourned
A new
appeal scheduled today for New Zealander Graham Cleghorn, serving 20 years in
a Cambodian prison for rape, has been adjourned at his legal team's request.
His New Zealand-based lawyer, Greg King, said the hearing had been adjourned
due to a Cambodian lawyer's withdrawal from the case. He said the appeal
would continue

Cleghorn has appeal adjourned
New
Zealander Graham Cleghorn has had his appeal adjourned. The 58-year-old is
serving a 20-year sentence in a Cambodian jail for sex offences. Cleghorn was
supposed to have an appeal hearing on Monday, but due to a change in legal
representation he sought an adjournment which has now been granted
