A
New Zealander has been charged with raping more than six underage Cambodian
girls. Robert Graham Cleghorn, 53, a resident of Siem Reap since the early
1990s and a private tourist guide, was arrested on Thursday after a six-month
investigation into his alleged rape of three girls, aged 15 to 17,
authorities said yesterday. Police also charged Cleghorn's "wife,"
a Cambodian woman, 25, who allegedly found the girls for him.
